RETURN POLICY
I will gladly accept any regularly priced, new, and unused items for return/exchange.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Arocho Apparel must be informed of any returns or exchanges via email, before shipping out your item
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days after package arrival.
- Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return/exchange. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, we CAN NOT accept them.
- Merchandise must be return in its original packaging accompanied by receipt.
- Any Items marked "Final Sale" will not be exchanged or refunded.
- There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom made items, unless it was an error on our part.
- Cost of return shipping are to be covered by the customer. If item is damaged upon arrival, Arocho apparel will cover the fee for the returned shipping label. (upon approval)
EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
Exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after item has been received.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges that is needed exchange or returned. Arocho Apparel will take responsibility for shipping, if the item you received was incorrect or damaged upon receiving.
