Shipping policy
- Orders are processed and packaged 5-21 business days from the order date depending on the item (excludes weekends).
- RTS items are shipped 1-5 business days
- All items (excludes stickers) are shipped thru USPS tracking numbers will be sent in the shipping confirmation email!
- Stickers are sent via letter mail - meaning they are untracked.
- Please order early to avoid any delays, disappointment, especially during the holiday season!
- Estimated delivery time within US: 3-5 business days

Undeliverable Packages:
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A re-shipping fee will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.Shipping will not be refunded.
